Mission Call: California San Fernando Mission

If you have not heard, Jessica has received her mission call.  She has been called to serve in the California San Fernando mission.

Upcoming Blogs --"Grandma Tia's Adventures" and "Loving You From A Far"

Hey Everyone,

This post is to announce that soon two new blogs will be started by the Walgren Family. 

The first, "Grandma Tia's Adventures", will be about the adventures Grandma Tia (or Aunti Tia) has in her life.  The first being her recent trip to Utah.

The other, "Loving You From A Far", will be the letters between Grandpa Bob (or Uncle Bob) and his sweetheart of many years Rita while he was away on his mission and in the Army.  Look out, I've read many of them and wow!! they are sizzling with the mushy mushy, and xoxo.  Of coure, many of the letters include some spiritual discussions as well.  We will also include letters that come from Bob and Rita's parents.  It has been really exciting to read their testimony of the gospel.

Stay tuned.  Things are going fast around here so progress may be a little while. 

Unbelieveable!!! Who is this woman????

I've visited my mom so many times and yet it never clicked to get a picture of someone close to all of us.  Why didn't I get the picture sooner???  In a glance, she does look like some aunts and counsins of mine--just thinking out load ya know. 

We need this type of picture--I think it is totally awesome!!  Why I didnt recognize this sooner I don't know.

While visiting with Grandma Tia this last week, she showed me a picture of Rodney, Sigi, and her.  Now how many years ago was this?  What a picture!!
